Well after a rather long break, I've decided to make a valiant return to dA. My last journal entry is June 30 2008, so I think it is safe to say I've been busy having many dragon-slaying adventures, and almost forgotten about my art. I took a midnight walk last night and something about the sound of footsteps in the moolight inspired me and made me remember my creative side, which has been pretty much dormant for the past year or so. Now I have some free time I think I shall rediscover it.

I've deleted and shuffled around a lot of my gallery, after another look at it I have decided that what I thought may have been worthy of deviantart last year REALLY wasn't, so hopefully I shall be back with a newer, worthier and altogether improved art collection.
I have added a couple of new stock photos, and intend to start back painting as soon as I leave the computer screen.

RANDOM NEWS

I got the job! Yes, I am officially earning my own living... YAY! Also, I'm havin a Russian facination at the moment. I just finished reading The Secret Countess by Eva Ibbotson - which has planted loads of gorgeous arty ideas in my head, I'm just frustrated that I don't have enough toime to do them.... And then started reading Blood Red Snow White by Marcus Sedgewick which is also a Russian Revolution style fairytale... I can't get enough. And I am also completely obsessed with the ballet too. I'm thinking of starting classes, but I don't know if I have the time, or the money, or the brain capacity at the moment cos I'm so rushed off my feet, what with six AS Levels, Driving lessons, Ju-jitsu grading coming up and learning my numbers and prices at the chinese takeaway, I barely have time to breathe... But I really want to!

I might have a job soon! So it might only be minimum wage in the local Chinese but I'm really proud of myself... I have to learn the entire 150+ number menu by heart, but I won't let that defeat me!
Also my Art/Textiles coursework got an A and it wasn't even finished so I'm feeling very peaceful and content at present, I may post it on DA soon. When its finished.
